Abstract

The probleme of the generalized formulation of the Bennett equilibrium condition for a relativisti electron beam propagating in the ion focused regime along the external magnetic field are investigated. It is assumed that the electron fraction of the background plasma not fully removed from a beam’s volum. The mass and impulse moment’s equations derived for a paraxial monoenergetic electron beam from the Vlasov kinetic equation are used for a investigation of this Bennett equilibrium condition.
