Problem of filtration in a rectangular web with a partially impenetrable vertical wall
Abstract
We consider a flat steady filtration in a rectangular web with a partially impenetrable vertical wall in the presence of evaporation from a free surface of groundwater. To study the effect of evaporation, a mixed multiparametric boundary-value problem of the theory of analytic functions is solved using the method of P. Ya. Polubarinova-Kochina. Based on the proposed model, an algorithm for calculating the flow’s filtration characteristics has been developed and a hydrodynamic analysis of the dependencies of the effect of all physical parameters of the circuit on the flow rate of the web and the ordinate of the point of exit of the depression curve on an impenetrable wall is developed.
